Dum Tofu



Ingredients:

Shredded Tofu - 2 cups
tomato - 1 blend to paste
Chopped onion- 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
cinnamon - 1/2 inch
cloves - 2 nos
jeera - 1 tap

Method:

Heat about 1/2 teaspoon of oil in a kadai.
Season it with cinnamon, cloves and jeera.
Saute the chopped onions until it becomes soft.
Add the garlic and ginger paste and saute for couple of minutes.. Now add the tomato paste,turmeric, chilly powder and salt.
Allow it to cook for few minutes.
Now add the tofu to the curry and cook till done.
