Murungai Keerai Poriayal

Ingredients

Murungai keerai -1 cup
Salt to taste
Onion chopped-1/2
Garlic crushed-6
Coconut-2tsp
(optional)
Tempering
Oil-1tsp
Mustard-1/4tsp
Uraddhal-1/4tsp
Red chillies-2

Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it.Add onion,garlic fry till light brown.Add the greens & salt.Cover & cook it till done.Finish it with coconut.

Tip: can add scrambled egg at the last & sprinkle pepper
